Rapid, In-field Conversions
RPEC 's Authorized Service Providers will convert your E-350 or E-450 Shuttle Bus to a fully Electric Vehicle in 10 days or less at their location. Our ASP will replace the Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) transmission, exhaust system, and all associated fluid driven ancillary components with our Industry Leading, high density EV Battery Pack, Electric Motor, and drive system. Our integrated EV controls and dashboard will provide real-time operator information such as State of Charge, Regeneration levels, speed, and much more.
Modular Ares Platform
Our ARES 62.5kWh power system drops right into the ICE engine bay with no drilling or welding required. RePower Ares pack does not add any weight to the vehicle or chassis. The weight distribution of the OEM bus remains the same.
The Final Product
The final product looks and feels just like the Shuttle Bus that you sent in for conversion without the CO2 emissions AND one-third the annual operating expense.
Designing Repower Kits
We design and sell EV RePower Kits for E-Series class 3 and 4 shuttle buses. Over time, we intend to expand to box trucks, school buses, and other vehicles utilizing the same basic design. We sell our kits via Value Added Resellers + local shuttle bus dealerships.
