Our Story
Rapid, In-field Conversions
Repower Electric's Authorized Service Providers will convert your E-350 or E-450 Shuttle Bus to a fully Electric Vehicle in 10 days at their location. Our ASP will replace the Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) transmission, exhaust system, and all associated fluid driven ancillary components with our Industry Leading, high density EV Battery Pack, Electric Motor, and drive system. Our integrated EV controls and dashboard will provide real-time operator information such as State of Charge, Regeneration levels, speed, KW consumed, and much more.
Modular Ares Platform
Our Ares 68kWh power system drops right into the ICE engine bay with no drilling or welding required. Ares typically weighs just 80 lbs over the ICE components that are replaced which maintains vehicle GVWR standards, balance, control and comfort.
The Final Product
The final product looks and feels just like the Shuttle Bus that you sent in for conversion without the CO2 emissions AND one-third the annual operating expense.
Designing Repower Kits
RePower Electric Corp (RPEC) designs and sells EV Repower Kits for E-Series class 3, 4 and shuttle buses. Over time, the company may expand to box trucks and other vehicles utilizing this same basic design. RPEC sells our kits via Value Added Resellers that “touch” end-users (transportation companies).
