Allen Snyder

Allen Snyder serves as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of RePower Electric Corp™, bringing more than four decades of executive leadership experience across advanced technology, transportation, manufacturing, telecommunications, and enterprise operations. Throughout his career, Allen has led high-growth organizations, guided strategic transformations, and built customer-focused businesses centered on operational performance and scalable growth.

At RePower™, Allen leads the company’s mission to deliver practical commercial fleet electrification solutions focused on Ford E-Series shuttle buses and medium-duty work truck platforms through a growing network of customer-focused dealer and service partners. His leadership combines deep operational experience with a strong understanding of transportation markets, technology deployment, and long-term customer support.

In addition to RePower™, Allen founded Mountain Bus Electric Vehicles, a company focused on rapid ICE-to-EV shuttle bus conversions and localized service support models designed around total cost of ownership and operational reliability. His experience also extends beyond transportation through long-standing leadership roles in ranching, hospitality, and nonprofit family ministry initiatives at Fish & Cross Ranch in Colorado.

Prior to launching RePower™, Allen served as CEO, COO, board member, and executive advisor across numerous global technology and communications organizations. His executive background includes leadership positions with Aepona, Openwave, Carrier Access, Oracle, and Digital Equipment Corporation, where he developed broad expertise in enterprise operations, customer service delivery, organizational leadership, and strategic growth during pivotal periods of technology expansion.

Allen has also served on multiple corporate boards and advisory organizations, helping guide businesses through growth, acquisitions, operational scaling, and long-term strategic planning. His leadership philosophy remains rooted in building capable teams, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering practical solutions that create lasting value.
