Damon Kuhn serves as Chief Technology Officer of RePower Electric Corp™, bringing decades of experience in automotive engineering, advanced propulsion systems, manufacturing, and performance technologies. As the sole patent holder on the repower solution, Damon has helped shape practical electrification technologies built specifically for real-world commercial fleet applications.
Chas michel
Chas Michel serves as CEO of RePower Electric Corp™, bringing more than 40 years of executive leadership experience across corporate finance, accounting, and business transformation. His career spans CFO and Chief Accounting Officer roles in manufacturing, transportation, restaurants, and energy, including leading IPOs, M&A, and major debt financings. Chas most recently served as Partner at SeatonHill Partners, a national CFO services firm, where he directed accounting and financial strategy for organizations across a wide range of industries.
