Damon Kuhn serves as Chief Technology Officer of RePower Electric Corp™, bringing decades of experience in automotive engineering, advanced propulsion systems, manufacturing, product development, and operational leadership. Known for his hands-on technical expertise and practical problem-solving approach, Damon has spent his career developing performance-driven solutions across the automotive and electrification industries.

Prior to joining RePower™, Damon held multiple executive leadership positions at ZEVX, including Chief Technology Officer and Chief Manufacturing Officer, where he helped lead the development, manufacturing, and continuous improvement of advanced electric vehicle repower technologies. His work focused on creating scalable, serviceable electrification systems designed for real-world commercial fleet applications.

As the sole patent holder on the repower solution, Damon has played a central role in shaping practical EV retrofit technologies for commercial shuttle buses and work truck platforms. His background combines deep engineering expertise with extensive manufacturing and operational experience, allowing him to bridge product innovation with practical deployment and long-term serviceability.

In addition to his leadership in electrification technologies, Damon has successfully owned and operated businesses within the automotive performance and manufacturing sectors. His career has consistently centered on innovation, continuous improvement, and building reliable systems capable of supporting demanding operational environments.
