
Webb Stickney serves as Chief Financial Officer of RePower Electric Corp™, bringing decades of executive leadership experience across finance, operations, manufacturing, strategic planning, and business transformation. Throughout his career, Webb has helped organizations strengthen operational performance, scale responsibly, and implement long-term financial strategies designed to support sustainable growth.
Webb’s background spans executive leadership roles in manufacturing, large-scale development projects, corporate finance, and operational modernization. His experience includes helping organizations improve process efficiency, manage complex financial structures, implement scalable operational systems, and support growth-focused business initiatives across multiple industries.
Prior to joining RePower™, Webb served as CEO of LoneStar Plastics, where he helped drive a five-fold increase in revenue while overseeing a significant manufacturing footprint expansion. He also contributed to the cross-functional leadership efforts behind the development of Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas — a nationally recognized $275 million venue and home of the Houston Astros.
Over the course of his career, Webb has developed and managed large-scale banking relationships and financing facilities, led ERP implementation initiatives, supported advanced operational scaling strategies, and advised businesses and family offices on financial structure, operational efficiency, and long-term planning.
